When does the season start?
Spring season is scheduled to start on March 1, 2025, and end May 31, 2025.

How many times a week will there be practice?
Each team will practice once a week for 2 hours

Where will the teams practice?
Fredericksburg based teams will practice at Old Mill Park or Elks Lodge. Stafford based teams will practice at Smith Lake Park. Teams will be determined based on your zip code.

When will the games be played and where?
Games will be played either at Old Mill Park or at Elks Lodge on Saturdays and Sundays with potential make-up games on a different day if needed. It is currently anticipated that most games will be scheduled on Saturdays however, there maybe situations and dates were games and practices are held on Sunday’s.

What is included with my registration fee?
Registration fee includes a 2 hour practice a week, 8 regular season games and pro bowl games for all players, reversible NFL Jersey, and flags. You receive 43 hours of total participation between practices and games versus 18 hours with other local leagues.

 What age groups do you offer?
We offer ages 4-14. The traditional age cut off is March 1, 2025 of the current year.  Our divisions are 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u. Players may be moved up depending on league needs and players skill levels. Players cannot be moved down.

Can you request to play with a buddy?
When you register, there is an area to request to play with a buddy. In addition, complete teams can be brought to the program. Are there player assessments?
Champions FC Flag Football will be hosting training camp practices to all registered NFL Flag players who have signed up for the season. Training Camp #1 will be held on 03.01.2025. Training Camp #2 will be held on 03.09.2025. Training Camp #3 will be held on 03.15.2025. Currently it is anticipated that the training camps will be held either at Old Mill Park or Elks Lodge. During these training camps our coaches will
be assessing the players abilities to run, catch, throw, and play defense. The assessments are not tryouts as everyone can play in the league. The assessments are used to try to balance the teams to create a positive experience for all.

 Do you have a travel program?
Yes, we have a travel program that is separate from the Champions Flag Football League. The travel program includes additional practices and regional tournament play and are formed by invitation only.
